This Pulitzer Prize-winning comedic play in three acts by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart was the basis for the 1938 Academy Award winning film directed by Frank Capra. The questions of what constitutes a good family and what is truly important in life are seen on stage in this three-act play. Susan Hafner of the Weston Playhouse will be directing this story of Alice and Tony, their opposing families and dinner party with police and fireworks. Tickets Required.

Keystone Lecture: Robert Kirshner: Our Expanding Universe

A Harvard professor, Kirshner is an author of 200 research papers dealing with supernovae, the large-scale distribution of galaxies, and the size and shape of the Universe. His recent work on the acceleration of the Universe was dubbed the “Science Breakthrough of the Year” by Science Magazine. He was featured prominently in the recent PBS Nova series Origins.
